When you use RG Lister, we collect:

• Email Address: Used for license delivery and support
• License Key: Unique identifier for your purchase
• Device Fingerprint: Browser/device identifier for license verification (not personally identifiable)
• eBay OAuth Tokens: Temporary access tokens to post listings on your behalf

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

• Your eBay password (we use OAuth)
• Product images (processed temporarily, not stored)
• Personal financial information
• Location data

3. How We Use Your Information

• Deliver and activate your license
• Verify license authenticity and device lock
• Post listings to eBay on your behalf
• Provide customer support
• Send important product updates (rare)

4. eBay Integration

RG Lister connects to your eBay account via eBay official OAuth. We:

• Only request permissions needed for listing creation
• Store access tokens securely and encrypted
• Never access your eBay account for any other purpose
• You can revoke access anytime in your eBay account settings

5. Data Storage and Security

• License data stored on secure servers
• eBay tokens encrypted at rest
• Product images processed in memory only, not stored
• HTTPS encryption for all data transmission

6. Third-Party Services

We use:

• Anthropic Claude API: For AI product analysis (images processed, not stored)
• eBay API: For listing creation
• Payment Processor: For secure payment handling (we do not see card details)

7. Data Retention

• License records: Retained for the life of the license
• eBay tokens: Retained until you disconnect or tokens expire
• Product images: Not retained (processed and discarded)

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of your data
• Request deletion of your data
• Disconnect your eBay account at any time
• Opt out of non-essential communications

9. Cookies

We use minimal cookies for:

• Session management (staying logged in)
• License verification

We do not use tracking cookies or sell data to advertisers.

10. Children Privacy

RG Lister is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Changes will be posted on this page with updated date.
